DD tested positive today.
How soon can you travel abroad to Spain after a positive test? Thanks

As soon as you can meet the Spanish entry requirements.

... something you should probably be researching if you're wanting to travel.

Nobody can tell you without knowing the age of your daughter, but you can find them online.

She needs to have finished isolation.

If fully vaccinated or under 12, she doesn't need to produce a negative test before going to Spain.

If over 12 but not fully vaccinated, she can only travel for essential reasons. In that case, she'd need to produce a negative test first.

That's what she's doing by asking here. Do you get some feeling of superiority by being rude to posters online? Confused
ColettesEarrings · 25/01/2022 19:09

@Siepie If she can type the question here, she can presumably type it in to google or the .gov website which had further links to Spanish sites 🤷🏻‍♀️ It wad the bluntness of the post that bugged me, rude itself frankly.

How old is she and is she vaccinated?

LifesTooShortYOLO · 25/01/2022 19:30

No vaccine needed then, and from Spain's health control form:

DO NOT TRAVEL if you have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 (fever, cough, breathing difficulties), of recent onset, if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 7 days or if you have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last week.
