Recovery pass

Does the UK have anything similar? In an EU country where my family live, if you've recovered from covid then you're given a recovery pass which lasts, I think, 6 months. So if you've only had one dose for example and then recover from covid, you're give a pass which means you can enter restaurants etc as you have antibodies from the virus. The same as if you were fully vaccinated. Couldn't find anything similar in the UK?

You can get one from your GP, people here in UK have to get one for travel.

You get a recovery pass on your travel covid pass now. I think it's just vaccine or negative covid test on the domestic pass though.

After a positive test (10-14 days) a QR code appears in your NHS app alongside your vaccination QR(s). Both the domestic and international versions.

In the UK this is not regarded as a substitute for being fully vaccinated.

What I've not been able to get clarity on is how this helps (if at all) for international travel.

Do you need to take a PCR test for the recovery pass to appear on the NHS app?
