Retesting after having covid - is this right?

I think I understand this correctly but just want to double check...

IF I had covid (pos lft and pcr) and more than 10 days have passed,
THEN I shouldn’t do another lft or pcr test for 90 days
UNLESS I get symptoms again, in which case I should lft and then pcr if positive.

Is this right?

Sorry if this has been asked 1000 times already. (We’re supposed to be visiting cv relative tomorrow and I’m just nervous.)

I’m confused too. The test & trace people told me not to do tests for the next month or so as they might show a false positive. But now people are being told to do a LFT on days 6&7. Totally confused about the whole thing.

You should do an lft to give your friends and family peace of mind, but don't do a pcr for 90 days just incase you get a false positive. BUT I'm not sure how that works now with a new strain about. But definitely do lfts before meeting with people.

Thanks for reply, will do that, but couldn’t an lft give a false pos due to recent infection? At least that was what I was told by t&t, as per pp.
