That is over 21 million people who have not yet taken up any vaccination in this part of the country.

Even if we deduct the 0-12 yr age group (roughly about 8 million), we're still left with over 13 million unvaccinated people. Not sure about Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, but clearly vaccine hesitancy rates are a lot higher in England than some think.

That’s nowhere near enough people, especially given the numbers who were given ASDA-Zeneca in the UK, and the data regarding AZ efficacy over time.

I think you need to deduct the 12-18 group too, many of whom will not have had the opportunity to get a second jab.

you're right, instead of the 0-12 it's also the 12-15 age group which needs deducting as they're not yet being offered a 2nd dose.
