If you had the booster yesterday no underlying health conditions, no contact with vulnerable people would you sit in a room for 50 minutes with the windows open without a mask, chairs at least 1.5 metres apart with a person who's housemate is covid positive but their LFTs are negative.

No I wouldn't, but I'd go for a walk with them.

Kittypillar · 16/12/2021 12:24

That scenario, nope. I'd be okay with a walk though.

MrsFin · 16/12/2021 12:25

No - not without a very good reason.

Crapslattern · 16/12/2021 15:05

Sounds like your average classroom to me. Given the choice, I absolutely wouldn't!

I shared a hotel room with my sister a couple of weeks ago when her DC had covid, she didn’t catch it & neither did I.

The only thing that’s changed now is that I don’t want to miss seeing family at Xmas, if I was to test positive, but with two DC in school that risk is always present.

beentoldcomputersaysno · 16/12/2021 15:16

Nope

Akire · 16/12/2021 15:17

I wouldn’t this close Xmas as they could still be contagious just not shown up yet. Why take the risk? I had negative LTF and next day full of covid and PCR positive few days later. I was still contagious 3 days before yet test was clear.

TulipsGarden · 16/12/2021 15:17

Your booster won't have kicked in yet. In that scenario no I wouldn't, as I really don't want Covid especially just before Christmas.

Brokenrecord3006 · 16/12/2021 15:22

If their lateral flows were negative and they're testing daily, I would.
