Really worth a watch, and quite straightforward.

Unfortunately there’s going to be a few needing this advice in the next weeks and months.

(Yes omicron may be milder, but that does not mean that EVERYONE experiences it like a cold.)

Video is all very nice but the truth is they wont admit you to hospital with an O2 reading of less than 90% if they are under pressure.

During the first wave lots of us were left home to manage our breathlessness as best we could as hospitals were full. I remember struggling with breathlessness whilst the paramedics argued with their control about whether to bring me in. In the end, I got left to manage as best I could.

So yes, seek medical care if your o2 reading cups below 94 but dont be surprised if all you get is a long wait and a prescription for antibiotics and steroids.
