www.thecardiologyadvisor.com/home/topics/acs/acute-coronary-syndrome-acs-biomarkers-mrna-covid19-vaccine/

From prevaccination to postvaccination, the levels of IL-16 increased from 35=/-20 to 82=/-75 above the norm. Soluble Fas showed an increase from 22±15 to 46=/-24 above the norm. HGF rose from 42±12 to 86±31 above the norm. As a result, the 5-year ACS PULS risk score increased from 11% to 25%. By the time the report was published, changes had persisted for 2.5 months or more after the second vaccine dose.

So judging by the information, each jab will increase the likelihood of heart issues? I assumed something was wrong when two assosiates became paralyzed and one had bells palsy.

COVID infection increases the risk of heart issues - significantly more so than very rare vaccine related issues.

Covid might be a greater risk factor, although that is heavily age dependent but the risks around the vaccine mean that there should be absolutely no coercion or pressure to take them.

Well with the crusade against smoking and the reluctance of doctors to prescribe sedatives, people have to turn to something to help them get through an often unrelenting life of misery and/or poverty and/or grind.

Human beings have needed and sought solace in various substances since the start of time. Difference between then and now is that many no longer have the anti vaxxers much prized Freedom to choose their source of comfort.

Guess what causes a much earlier death than smoking, drinking, and overeating? Street homelessness. Average age of death is 40s.

You want to deal with obesity and alcohol overuse? Then go to the causes.
Poverty.
Mental health issues - both the actual mental illness, and some of the modern psychiatric drugs used to treat the illness. The public health housing emergency.
Oh - and repairing the damage done by successive governments (both sides of the political divide) decades long underfunding and mismanagement of the NHS. Because many people are overweight due to undiagnosed, late diagnosed, or misdiagnosed physical health conditions (that can cause weight gain), and because of long waits for treatment leaving people languishing in pain and less mobile.

Obviously on a separate note, unlike Covid, alcoholics and the overweight save the taxpayer money. They pay taxes on the food and alcohol, and then die younger thus saving pension and social care costs. Yes Covid patients die younger too - but there's no tax paid on having Covid, and there's also going to be the ongoing future costs of Long Covid to pay for.

Where did you get the article from @HomerSimpleton?

I don't think it's reasonable to link a conference abstract about biomarkers in a small sample to claim vaccines are causing "heart issues", whilst simulatenously ignoring all epidemiological evidence regarding actual cardiovascular/cardiothrombotic outcomes after vaccination or COVID infection.

I'd be interested in seeing an analysis conducted on these specific biomarkers after COVID infection.

I would also say an age range of 28-97 is not particularly helpful, as we know vaccine benefits/risks need to stratified acros groups to help inform decision making.

ollyollyoxenfree · 21/11/2021 12:21

And important to say without all the relevant info (which is not linked in the article), and is unlikely to be given in enough detail in a conference article, it would be impossible to judge whether these changes in biomarkers are caused by vaccination or by other factors.

Confounders adequately controlled for? How was the control group defined? Would be particularly interested in knowing if any of the participants had had a previous coronavirus infection.

This is a good article about the vaccine & Covid. Note:

In hospital, Covid-19 has largely become a disease of the unvaccinated. The man in his 20s who had always watched what he ate, worked out in the gym, was too healthy to ever catch Covid badly. The 48-year-old who never got round to making the appointment.

And

All severely ill with Covid. All unvaccinated and previously healthy. All completely avoidable.

So from the horses mouth. Not only, to quote the OP, 'alcoholic overweight pigs'.

(Can pigs get COVID? I know humans have sadly infected other animals but I'm not sure about our oinking friends).

I believe there is no evidence to suggest pigs can get SARS-COV-2 :)

Some good news for the piggies Smile
