I am double vaccinated and had Covid (confirmed with PCR) in September this year. I had it reasonably badly, (very high temperature that didn’t go down to normal for almost the whole 10 days, very very achy and flu like, super tired, lightheaded, terrible sinus pain etc) but never anywhere near bad enough to consider getting medical help or anything.
Before Covid I was never ill. Like literally haven’t been to the GP for years. I had pneumonia years ago during a time of acute stress (and it was winter). Usually reasonably fit and healthy although need to lose weight which I am doing.
But, since Covid I have been constantly unwell. Had a horrendous cold and throat thing a couple of weeks after Covid. Felt under the weather a few times. Now have got another awful, awful cold. Also so tired all the time.
Is this long Covid? Will it get better? I work 4 days a week and at the moment I’m struggling with it and just about making it through til Friday.
