When will the tiredness go away?

I haven’t had much luck with covid-related stuff. After my 2nd vaccination I bled heavily for weeks, ended up severely anaemic and had to get a blood transfusion.
Finally the bleeding stopped (after over 10 weeks), I had 2 weeks of a “break” and caught covid. I started feeling unwell on Wednesday last week, tested positive on Friday. I am not feeling too bad (just like with a bad cold, no smell or taste though) but I am exhausted. So unbelievably exhausted that I had to ask DP today to carry a (full) laundry basket upstairs. I am breathless and so fatigued that I want to cry.
I realise that some of it will be due to my iron deficiency but it has got a lot worse in the past few days.
Can anyone share a positive story where the exhaustion shifted? Or what can I do to make it go away?

Start taking B vits (nutritional yeast is a good form, e.g. Egrevita from Holland & Barrett, but some supermarkets also sell it), B3 Niacin is especially good for fatigue and tiredness, I'd take that in capsule form.

Friday yesterday or a week ago? Either way, you have only been ill with covid a little while!
If you’d had flu you’d expect to be tired for a couple of weeks. Give yourself a break 😊
There is some research to say that the fatigue is worse in the second week. Take it slowly, no point pushing through. Make sure you’re eating and drinking enough, taking zinc and vit d and a good multivitamin.
Get plenty of rest.
I’ve got three friends that have all been completely zapped by covid, one bounced back instantly within ten days, one took a month, the other took nearly 3 months, but the one that took nearly three months got sick again after being recovered for two weeks which she puts down to going back to work too early and expecting to go back to the gym straight away etc!

It's been 7 weeks for me and I'm hoping that the exhaustion might finally be ending. Various doctors have advised me not to do more than 70% of what you feel capable of as it will set you back otherwise. That's definitely been the case for me. I'd go for a gentle walk (not even 10,000 steps) and then be bedridden for 2 days. So frustrating! However, yesterday I did some gentle gym AND had a walk so I was expecting to be knocked out this weekend...but I'm not! I feel kind of okay. So hoping this is a good sign that I'm finally getting past the exhaustion stage (Covid brain is still a big issue though).

I tested positive on Friday last week.
Deep down I know that I’m being unreasonable but I’m normally a person who never stops, never slows down. Now I would rather be cold than go upstairs to get a jumper - that’s just too much effort.
I hate that my body has basically continuously been “broken” since the summer and stopping me from being me.
Sorry for the rant, I’m just feeling sorry for myself tonight.
