The relapsing / remitting nature of Covid? I’m currently in a day 10 relapse, and it seems that it’s really common for symptoms to come and go for a few weeks? Does anyone have any links / things to watch about how it all works?

As with all viruses, you'll hit a stage where you start to feel better, so you start doing stuff again, but your body just isn't up to it yet so you get into a cycle of overdoing things and crashing out. The fastest way out is to rest a day longer than you want to, then gradually ease your way back to full duties.

@InMySpareTime is right. I was ill for a month followed by two or three extra weeks of a well/sick pattern, and in the sick part of those latter weeks I had a high temperature and chills and was bed bound. I'm the well part I was assuming it was over and going for walks or sweeping and weeding the patio, so my doctor told me to stop and rest for as long as possible so my body could rebuild its damaged cells.
