Frozen Shoulder - Covid Vaccine?

Anyone else had a frozen shoulder as a result of their covid vaccination? I had my 2nd jab in July and at the time noticed they did it quite high on my shoulder compared to the 1st one. Didn't think anything of it. About 6 weeks later I started to get an ache in that shoulder which has got progressively stiffer when trying to reach behind me, do my hair, do my bra up, reach into cupboards, turn over in bed etc. All symptoms point to a frozen shoulder so wondering if anyone else has experienced similar? I did read it could be related to the location of the vaccination itself rather than the drug they administered. Any frozen shoulder advice would be most welcome!!

I got this with my first jab back in March, it has finally got better in the last week or two. From what I've read, it's a complication that can happen if a vaccine is given in slightly the wrong place, and can happen with any vaccine, it's not specifically due to the covid jab. I've just been doing a couple of stretch exercises everyday which seemed to help a bit.

I had a frozen shoulder in May around the time of my second vaccination, but it was not in that arm. It’s only the past month that it has been better and almost back to normal. I has the same 3 years ago, same shoulder.

Believe me, the pain of a frozen shoulder is awful. And it can go on for many months, or even years.

Both me & my mum have shoulder problems since having the jab, my mum thought her polymyalgia had flared up again & I'm beginning to wonder if I have another impingement in the shoulder opposite the one I had surgery on 7 years ago. Painkillers don't touch the pain & nothing you do does any good.

I have had a frozen shoulder, I work with physios who told me would get better on its own but could take up to 18 months. It did! However I found a heat bag helped relax the muscles and if you Google there are some exercises to do as the pain gets better to improve range of movement. Walking your hand up a wall being one and pendulum where you lean over on the affected side and allow the arm to swing loosely in a circle. The pain initially is horrendous (ibruprophen helped) but don't worry it will naturally improve!

I've not been able to raise my arm above my head since the vaccine. I also strangely get an ache in my arm when I talk/ think about the vaccine.
