Do anyone know what the rules are for children who haven't had covid (a positive PCR) or been vaccinated travelling travelling to countries inside and outside Europe please?

You need to check current regulations for leaving the UK on the gov.uk site, and then the individual country's regulations as well. Some countries don't count one dose as fully vaccinated etc.

Most countries (the ones I have looked into anyway) do not require anything for under 12s. No tests needed.

12-15 requirements vary but usually a test is required for entry, if not vaccinated.

For France it depends if they are travelling with a vaccinated adult or not. My teen could travel with me but can't do her planned French exchange trip because she's treated like an unvaccinated adult if traveling alone 😫

Yes there's a total travel black hole for 12-15s! Mine is 13 and I guess I'll just save up for a holiday for when things change!
