Am I likely to get COVID despite negative PCR

Son tested positive on Tuesday. The rest of us had PCRs yesterday. All came back negative.
All done LFTs today and negative. Son is isolating but are we likely to still catch it? Us parents are double vaxxed but my second jab was in may so immunity likely to be waning a bit. In theory we can go out and about and send girls back to school but feels wrong somehow!

There's no guarantee. I tested positive along with DS two weeks ago, the other children and DH all took PCRs at the start and end of the isolation period and none of them caught it.

We didn't isolate within the household, I carried on cooking and cuddling my kids and all that and slept in the same bed as DH the whole time. So it's not a given that you will get it.

Your immunity is unlikely to be waning significantly after 3 months. Think of this as a booster.

When DD2 and DH (he double vaccinated) got Covid DS got Covid but I didn't.
