Second vaccine different to first vaccine

Yesterday I went to have my second covid vaccine. They filled out the information on my vaccine card as receiving Astra zenaca along with the batch number.
Today I have accessed my covid pass via the nhs app and its saying I received the phizer vaccine.
I don't know if it's an admin mistake or if I did actually receive the phizer vaccine. I've tried to contact the centre but can't get through.
I'm not particularly bothered but would like to check that the vaccine doses have been recorded correctly.
If I can't get hold of the vaccination centre, does anyone know who I can contact? And has this happened to anybody else?

With my experience of the NHS as a manager, what was written at the time by the people administrating the vaccine is more likely to be correct. The app is highly likely to have been admin error by the data inputter

You shouldn’t have been given two different vaccines, so you do need to check it with the centre.

But I agree that it sounds like an admin error.

Yes I'm thinking admin error. It was a small vaccination centre, and my card was filled out by the guy on reception, not the person administering my vaccine.
My first vaccine, the card was filled out by the person administering my vaccine.
I've checked and the centre does offer both types of vaccine.

I was told you have to have same second vaccine so if AZ was first, should be second too. I would presume its an administration error rather than you received other one. Maybe try 119 and see if they know if in England.

You need to report it to the centre as they will take it very seriously if you got the wrong one. It's likely to be a data input error (you have to choose a drop down) but best to report it. Just go there if they have no phone number.

It’s a mistake that the centre need to be aware of to tighten up their procedures.

It won’t have done you any harm though-there are trials investigating giving different vaccines to find the optimum combinations and dose intervals etc. You’ll still get the same (or better) immunity.
