Hospitalizations - who are they?

Hospitalizations have been rising for a while but I’m just wondering - does anyone know whether those ending up in hospital with covid are fully vaccinated or is it those who aren’t vaccinated? I can’t see a statistic anywhere.

Interesting. I can remember reading that out of 4,000 infected Israelis (fully vaccinated), 26 ended up in hospital.

Dr John Campbell's last talk gives details of a recent study in Israel which breaks down who is being hospitalised .

Apparently 304 people out of 5.17 million double vaccinated have been hospitalised .The study looked ( I think ) looked at half of that nos (152 cases ),and found 18% of admissions were before 21 days had elapsed after second dose .

The study ,being in Israel, is on patients with beta version not Delta .

The over 75s are still the most likely to end up in hospital and the vaccine uptake in that group has been really high.
