If you’re vaccinated, which vaccine have you received.

If you’re not vaccinated, is there a reason?

Double dose of AZ, so happy! DD22 with no medical conditions jabbed this week, feel very lucky!

cricketmum84 · 27/05/2021 08:21

Both Pfizer vaccines and as of tomorrow I am at optimum protection! I got mine early as I'm diabetic. My DH just had his second AZ yesterday.

Pyewackect · 27/05/2021 08:22

NHS ICU : Pfizer , January.

osbertthesyrianhamster · 27/05/2021 08:22

Yes. AZ. Both doses.

ifonly4 · 27/05/2021 08:27

OP, just answered, but what about you?

AfternoonToffee · 27/05/2021 08:29

AZ had second yesterday. They were also doing the pzifer for the young 'uns.

schofieldsunderpants · 27/05/2021 08:30

AZ - had both doses, second yesterday. Felt terrible after first and a bit headachy after yesterday but hard to know if that's from the vaccine or just a normal headache

nordica · 27/05/2021 08:30

Yes, Moderna. Second dose due in July. Starting to feel like the last one left among my friends and colleagues who isn't double jabbed yet, everyone had their first doses so early. 😐

HazeyJaneII · 27/05/2021 08:31

Yes double jabbed. Astra Seneca.

HazeyJaneII · 27/05/2021 08:32

Seneca?? ...should be Zeneca

motogogo · 27/05/2021 08:34

AZ, 2nd next week. Dd is 22, also AZ, second next week

AlmostSummer21 · 27/05/2021 08:40

Yes
AZ x2 + 4 weeks.

Side effects: relief & appreciation to everyone involved.

OnePerfectCartwheel · 27/05/2021 08:42

None. Reasons:

  1. I don’t want it. The conversation should stop here, but I’ll continue...
  2. I’m young and healthy. The hospitalisation and death rate for someone of my age, sex and weight is very low.
  3. The vaccines are approved for emergency use, me having the vaccine is not an emergency. I may consider it in a few years.
  4. It’s very likely I’ve already had Covid, and have sufficient immunity.
  5. I’ve spent over a year not feeling ill. I don’t fancy feeling like shit for a few days from the potential side effects.
  6. I would much rather my doses go to someone in another country who is vulnerable, but hasn’t been offered the vaccine because their country is poorer than ours.

I’m pro-vaxx and pro-choice. I’m glad it’s available to those that need or want it, I just don’t want it myself.

Geamhradh · 27/05/2021 08:44

Both. AZ.
Very happy that I can protect others and get on with life.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 27/05/2021 08:50

I am 30 so not vaccinated yet as booking only opened yesterday for my age group. I am booked for this Saturday and expecting to be offered either Pfizer or Moderna due to my age.

gummywitch · 27/05/2021 09:47

Had second dose of AZ a week ago and never been more grateful in my life, despite being floored by side effects for 3 days this time, 1 day last time. A friend who died in January from covid aged 57 never got to be as lucky as me.

toolatetooearly · 27/05/2021 09:55

Yes, double AZ. No side effects. Feel great knowing I've had both.

IFuckedUpAlas · 27/05/2021 09:58

2 doses of AZ

and already had Covid

I am about as "safe" as I am gonna be I think

Minstermouse · 27/05/2021 10:00

Double dose, AZ 🥳

Mabelene · 27/05/2021 10:04

J&J so one dose and that’s it

Spied · 27/05/2021 10:06

Had my second AZ last month.

RainbowCrayons · 27/05/2021 10:13

Not in the UK so I got Sinopharm, both doses back in January.

2boysand1princess · 27/05/2021 10:13

Doubled jabbed with Pfizer and grateful

starfish4 · 27/05/2021 10:24

AstraZeneca - both doses. Very pleased and grateful. I qualified early and it really was the highlight of January - a trip out and my vaccine which left me feeling liberated.

maxima16 - as asked up thread, what's your answer?

Mandalay246 · 27/05/2021 10:25

Not in the UK - have had two doses of Pfizer, three weeks apart, no side effects (other than the usual slightly sore arm). It's early days in vaccinating here, I had mine early due to my workplace.
