Second dose Pfizer at 10.5weeks pregnant

Got text from gp saying I can now book my second jab. I'll be 10.5weeks pregnant on the dates they offered.
I have read all the rcog info on it and fully intend to have the second dose. Would you wait and postpone it a few weeks (missing the 12week dosage window) to make it when in second trimester or just have it now.
I am cev and know the risk of Covid is far higher to me/baby than vaccine but I was hoping that the date would be a week or so later so that I was that much closer to 12weeks.
What would you do?

I had mine just before getting pregnant and then my second at just before 12 weeks. To be honest if you've already had your first one, I doubt the second will make much difference? I spoke to my GP at length beforehand and felt confident in my choice for getting it at that time.

I think the only reason doctors are saying you may wish to choose to delay til 12 weeks is because of the first trimester miscarriage risk (not because of the vaccine necessarily, but just because the normal risk is higher until then), but everything I have read says there doesn't seem to be any increased risk of issues if you have it in the first trimester.

I personally would wait until 12/13 weeks if you possibly can just for that additional layer of peace of mind, but there doesn't seem to be any scientific reason why that should be the case coming out of safety data so far. Its such a personal choice.
