Is it actually known if paracetamol POST-vaccine (AZ) reduces effectiveness?

I'm feeling a bit worse for wear after AZ vaccine yesterday (not serious at all, just a bit achey like after flu vaccine). Paracetamol would help me get on with my day, but if there's a chance of reducing immunity at all I'll go without. NHS says its ok, but I'd feel better if I could see some actual research. Does anyone know?

In the leaflet given to me when I had my vaccine it states 'If side effects such as pain and/or fever are troublesome, medicines containing paracetamol can be taken.' So there is no issue at all with taking paracetamol after having the vaccine.

To be honest, I am astounded at some of the questions/myths doing the rounds about the vaccination. Please if you're offered it, have it!
@Gubanc Yoo said it wasn’t an NSAID so it was fine.

I can’t see anything about NSAIDs being a problem either? If they were it would be advised so people could stop taking them prior to vaccination.
I didn't say they were a problems, OP was concerned about NSAIDs, I pointed out paracetamol isn't one.

I say again, champagne!

Seriously. I had the Oxford vaccine and this is what happens:

You get the jab. Hmm. Weird. Didn't hurt really, you think.

You wobble out of the school gym feeling a bit shocked you've just had a COVID-19 vaccination and maybe one day you'll be able to walk into a shop without a mask.

Your mouth feels a bit dry and you wonder hmm was that just the tension? Your heart thuds once and you think am I going to die right now? but you don't.

You then feel a bit tired out with it all and go to sleep.

You wake in the night a bit hot and think the radiator must be on but it isn't.

Your thigh muscle twitches by itself for 2.1 seconds. (You wonder if you're going to die but then, again, you don't).

Next day you waft around feeling a bit floaty but it's ok. You think hmm you quite like the idea of a bit of sex. And a hot water bottle. Your arms starts hurting much more.

Next day you try the same but it doesn't work and you have to drift off to sleep for a few hours. Your arm refuses to lift up.

Next day you wake up feeling strangely ok and your arm miraculously moves again.

Next day you feel a million dollars and think it's Wednesday when actually it's Thursday.

That's it. For most people.
