Two of my friends who did not suffer mental health are now petrified of going back into society to the point of mixing with the mums when everyone goes back to school
Does anyone else feel this ? Any tips ? X

Hiya, anxiety is horrible. What I do with dealing with anxiety is take one starflower oil capsule, one vitamin b complex and one fish oil capsule (all from Holland and Barrett only).

I'm not on any prescribed medication just those vitamins above only and they are life changing for me. Been taking for 5 years. I've had to stop them as I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I've really noticed a difference as I'm anxious. Speak to your gp/pharmacist if your on any medication and see if those vitamins are safe for you to take if you wanted to give those a try.

Wish you all the best Smile

Hi, I am desperate to help my anxious daughter unable to get into school and with A Levels in a few months. Have bought St John’s wort and she won’t try them I think out of fear.

Hello,

Have you tried starflower oil capsules or evening primrose? Vitamin b is very good also but speak to a pharmist first.

I have found getting people to do the NHS covid risk calculator is really helpful to de-stressing them on the fear of catching covid. Most of the more anxious people I have shown it to have been very pleasantly surprised at the low extemely low risk they faced (it does hospitalisation and death chances).

I blame the media for scaring people witless.

I know so many people who are still terrified of socialising. The behavioural psychologists did their jobs well.
