How are your conspiracy theory family members/friends?

My friend is full on conspiracy theorist. Believes in all the covid is hoax, bill Gates is chipping everyone with the vaccine, Trump is our saviour, rescuing children from elite paedophile rings and so on.

I haven’t spoken to her in a few days but I think Bidens inauguration is a bit of a pivotal moment for them? I believe many of them thought it wasn’t going to happen and they’d all be proven right in some way?
I’m sure they’re probably moving the goalposts or some other theory is being bandied around. Any ideas from anyone?

(Apart from this craziness, which I’m putting down to her vulnerability from feeling low, isolated and having a toxic family, she’s a lovely person who I’ve know for years, so I’m not going to cut her off)

I've personally come off all social media, I cant deal with them anymore!

I have to comfort my wife before her shifts at hospital because frankly she cant deal with the deaths anymore, while her job comes with death, the amount she dealt with in the last 4 months is unprecedented, and once this is over, I can see her leaving the profession she loved, she has worked hard to get where she has got, she came from a eu country after finishing her nursing degree, and has worked her way up, to where she is doing a masters degree to become a nurse practitioner!
