I had covid in April last year, was very poorly.

I feel quite phlegmy and have abit of a cough/sore chest, a runny nose and ear ache.

Do you think i could have it again? Iv not left my house in ages lol.

I don’t know if my anxiety is playing up and making it worse :(

Have you had any contact with anyone else who has been outside in your household. Yes, if you had covid in April, immunity, they say, lasts about 6 months.

I know a doctor who tested positive in April last year and again just after Christmas (he had had positive antibody and negative tests in between) It’s definitely possible.

tigerbread20 · 23/01/2021 18:36

Several of my colleagues have had it twice, it's definitely possible

Jeremyironseverything · 23/01/2021 18:37

Sorry. I know someone who's had it twice! Best get a test. Having said that, anxiety does very strange things to a body.

I’m not sure if I have it, I think it’s just anxiety.

My throat feels “tight” or scratchy and like I’m coughing to scratch it.

:(

I had it in March and then again in December (both confirmed). If you have a new cough get a test.

KatySun · 23/01/2021 21:30

My DD had it last March. She has had three or four coughs since September. Every time I have taken her for a test and it has been negative. You have a new continuous cough which is a symptom, which requires a test, and then hopefully it will be negative and you can stop worrying.

I had it match and November.

March

If you have symptoms then you need to either test or isolate on the assumption you have it again.
