What’s considered a temperature

So I know the guidelines is 37.8-is it? To be considered a temp for covid, but what happens when you have a lower body temp usually?

Working with vulnerable people we have to test every shift so over the past 8 months I’ve discovered my normal temp is 36.3, it never deviates from that and that’s both on my decent ear thermometer and works crappy handheld point at forehead gadget.

Tonight have a mild headache, felt abit warm so took temp and temp reading at 37.5, which not over the guideline but up for my normal.
just got me wondering about temperatures. If you tested positive, did you have a temp? How high was it?

It’s if you feel hot to touch too, so if that’s above your usual temperature I’d say you need a test and to isolate. Everyone has different base temperatures.

My normal temperature is always 36.4. However, my covid temperature was 37.5... not considered "high" but definitely high for me! Trust your gut.
