DD3 is positive

My DD, who is 3, had a temperature on Monday morning. We all got tested, and she and DD5 came back as positive. my issue is, she gets days when she eats very little anyway, but at the moment she has eaten about half a bowl of Shreddies, half a slice of bread with peanut butter, a tangerine and about 3 chips - all day. She has drunk although not a lot. Does anyone have any advice as to what to use to tempt her. She is very strong willed and cannot be bribed easily. I just want her to eat and drink to help her recover.
Also, any ideas of fun, active activities to do with both of them to replicate a run around in the garden - we don't have one? DD5 in particular is bouncing around like tigger.

To be honest that sounds absolutely fine for a little girl who's not feeling well. As long as she's drinking a reasonable amount it's not a problem if she doesn't feel like eating at all, for a few days at least. Just offer things you know she usually likes at normal times with no pressure. She'll soon get her appetite back when she feels better.

Things like jelly, ice lollies, yoghurt and juicy fruits can be tempting, and also help keep fluids/sugars up.

As far as running around goes, how about making an obstacle course -- cushions for stepping stones, things to jump over, make a tunnel with a blanket..etc.

Sounds plenty. Hope you're all ok.

Jelly and ice cream?
Lollies?
Yoghurts?

Thanks @BlackInk. I am just worried that without more food, she will be not strong enough to fight what at the moment is very mild symptoms.
I'd forgotten about obstacle courses. They love those!
As for treats, she will just say no even when she's well. She is not one to take bribes. If she doesn't want something she rarely changes her mind Sad
