Just that really. Am hearing all these stories about people who haven't been anywhere but have somehow got it etc. I know a fair few people who have had it but it's been pretty obvious where they picked it up (work, public transport, school and so on). I'm kind of freaking out about even leaving my flat at all at the moment!

Where I work we are a team of 5. Out of the five of us 3 tested positive. I'm 60 and one of my colleagues is 59. We have no children at home. We have had negative tests throughout the pandemic. The other 3, who tested positive, have children at home, who had been back in school a few weeks (this was the end of September).

@Rainbowshine

Well if the delivery driver is huffing and puffing in your face and you breathe in (not all drivers seem to get social distancing around here) then there’s a risk. Yes it’s lower than the cleaners coming in, for sure. My (admittedly badly made) point is that people say that they haven’t done anything that could have exposed them but the reality is that they probably have but it didn’t register as such. This is why people should act as if they have it.
This happened to me today. I kept as far back in my hall way as I could (about 1m) from the door, the delivery man put the parcel down, stood up and gave ouf a long heavy breath. I could feel it on my face and could smell his breath. I'm actually quite worried now.

I likely got mine from work. I work in a hospital and see quite a lot of COVID patients. I was wearing the required PPE at all time, but obviously something got through.

I'm feel a bit bad in case I passed it on. But I didn't have any of the three main symptoms. I had other symptoms so I checked my temperature, but it was completely normal.

We tested positive before Christmas. My OH is a teacher so we presume at his school as we rarely leave the house. I WFH.
