Do you have to isolate until you get the result, even if you don't have any of the three symptoms that normally quality you for a test?

And how do you get a test if they tell you to, but you don't have the qualifying symptoms?

Not downloaded the app yet but thinking ahead!

Op I was a bit concerned that if I added anything other than feeling well I'd be sent for one but it's not been like that yet.

They only invite you to test, you don't have to (unless you have the testable symptoms)

The Zoe app is not Track and Trace. It's a research study collating the current covid situation of the nation. You report and it advises based on what you enter.

Thanks all, some of you have been really helpful Grin

I've not downloaded the app yet, but just needed to know how to approach getting a test if instructed. Obviously I would isolate if I suspected Covid, but it sounds like you don't need to isolate unless you have one of the main symptoms by the government guidelines.
I'm aware that the app will sometimes tell you to test if you have potentially unrelated symptoms like a headache, so that's good news
