Has anyone received test results today (NYE)?

Taking an age to come back and I'm turn between thinking they're withholding them til after new year, or are just massively allowed under 🤔

Still not heard anything from the 29th here

I took a test yesterday (NYD) and got the results this morning. Less than 24 hours from test to results which was impressive!

This was at a drive in centre in outer London (a bit that’s also technically Kent)

Did mine on the 30th, got results weirdly at the stroke of midnight on New year's Eve.

My husband hasn't heard either (tested 29th) He rang 119 but they would only say it's being processed and to call back tomorrow so they can escalate. It's been an awfully anxious time and I wouldn't wish this on anyone!

It seems drive throughout are getting results loads quicker (understandable!). I’m in South East London and my closest drive in was Gatwick so did post. Still waiting

Sent test on 29th and got negative result early this morning.

Tested at 6.30pm on 30th and got results on 31st at 10.30pm

My husband's was drive thru at Sidcup on the 29th, still waiting, so no luck for us that way!

Test 31st morning, result 1st afternoon.

Test 1st morning, result 1st afternoon. Different test centre to above.

Test 1st afternoon, same centre as other 1st test, still waiting almost 7pm on 2nd.

Two tests on 31st morning, another test centre, no results 7pm on 2nd.

These are some I know. All very random

Much appreciated, thanks so much! Hope the other results come back quickly and are negative. And the positive ones have a speedy recovery

I tried the helpline but they won’t even speak to you until it’s been over 5 days since you returned the test. DH and I don’t have any noticeable symptoms any more but will continue to isolate until we get the results back but millions wouldn’t bother. I can’t help thinking this is how this mess escalated.

Absolutely agree! My DH and I are doing the same and had the same conversation today about the possibility of people not isolating in our situation and further spread 😔

I got mine back at 6.30. My husband (who requested, tested and returned at the same time) has heard nothing. I was negative so hopefully he is too but it’s a weird situation.

Tested, drive thru, on the 1st, result back by email 3rd about 2pm. South-west
