Tier 4 people travelling to Tier 3

This is going to happen in our city. We are so very close to another county which is now in Tier 4.
They will be travelling to our barbers, our shops and indoor sport facilities etc. To access all the things that are closed in Tier 4.
There are a few main and obvious roads that could be monitored but there won't be enough police to do this. Then we will also be pushed to Tier 4 in a couple of weeks!

If you don’t go to any barbers, shops or indoor sports facilities, you’ll be fine. Oh ..... you want to go but not other people?

I live near Lapland UK and, before tier 4 existed and we were in tier 2 (and tier 3 for one day), they were welcoming tier 3 guests with the approval of our MP. It's crazy.

I was in tier 1 only days ago, now tier 4. Thanks all you second home owners and air bnb visitors.
