What would you do regarding flights?

Hi everyone, I hope you're all safe and well. I live in Ireland and haven't seen my dad and grandparents in a year. I was supposed to come during summer but had to cancel twice and it looks like I may need to cancel again. It would just be myself, nan and grandad staying indoors for the week. I still have some stuff registered to their address so am I allowed to stay with them? The airport is in their local area. I was supposed to come to get my wedding dress but my grandparents are in a tier 4 area and the dress shop isn't so I don't think we can go. Would you still come over knowing it could be a long time before you saw them again or would you stay put?

I should also add I will not get a refund for the flight as it is still going and they won't refund it unless it gets cancelled by them.

I have the same quandary. I have a flight booked for Monday and I will be breaking the law to get on it but cannot cancel it. I stand to lose over £300.

I wouldn't go. Putting it bluntly, if you see them this time it might well be the last time you see them because you could be to blame for giving them covid and them dying. I'm not scaremongering. My friend just lost both his parents. If you want them at your wedding then skip this Christmas
