...but do we know which other areas will be entering tier 3 on Wednesday? Or will they be announcing it tomorrow?

I thought they had to move fast with London, and the areas in Herts and Essex, but they’re still looking at the rest of England.

So is the original review for Wednesday, announcement Thursday, implementation Saturday still in place? (taking London, Herts and Essex out of it)
