Freezing hands and feet - could this be a symptom?

I realise no one knows for sure, but does this sound like it could be an early symptom? Feeling mildly headachy, tired etc but main thing is really really cold hands and feet - despite being in bed with a hot water bottle!

Yes op I had this as an early symptom, other symptoms developed the next day
