I keep wondering about this and how it can be managed .
I live in SE London and in a borough where our cases are falling .My son ,who lives at home ,works in a borough ( 35 min drive away ) where numbers are high and rising .
I suppose London will be one tier . There must be other places with high and low numbers close to each other .I just can't see a workable way to impose more "robust" measures on some areas and not others .
Am I talking rubbish ?
