Why are people saying that businesses can use the Magna Carta to remain open?

And avoid fines? People are suggesting this can happen and so far I've seen people following this advice and getting fines. Why they can't just do the right thing is beyond me.

I think the gist of it is that a document that was signed giving some power to the Barons (not the public) has been superseded by statute lots of times in the last 800 years but they're ignoring that.
