If you’ve had to self-isolate, have you gone in to develop symptoms?

I’m currently self-isolating after receiving a notification from the NHS Covid 19 App to self-isolate for 9 days due to being in contact with someone who had tested positive (don’t know who... where... when). I currently feel fine, no symptoms.
If you’ve had to self-isolate due to being a contact of someone who tested positive, did you then go on to develop symptoms, get tested, test positive?
I’m aware that self-isolating also means that I wouldn’t pass anything on, even if I don’t develop symptoms, as I could be asymptotic etc.
I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant.

First day out of isolation today for my kids and myself for contact with their dad who tested positive. None of us had any symptoms.
