Primary aged children in scotland dont count towards the numbers in restrictions and they don't have to social distance either.

Our numbers / infection rates aren't rising any higher or quicker as a result of allowing children to mix.

Which is very different to the consensus here ( in England)that its primary as well as secondary schools that increase the spread. Do Scottish primary schools send home whole classes for a positive case in the class? How often on average have primary schools been affected in this way? I've never been able to understand why Scotland and Wales don't enforce SD in under 11s but England do
