I'm due back on Monday and still feel so exhausted / breathless.

I'm feeling the pressure to return to work but also scared of going back before I'm ready

Into 3rd week since symptoms

Watching with interest. I'm due back in work on Thursday. Although I have only had "mild" symptoms I constantly feel tired and little tasks, for example walking the stairs make me feel exhausted

5 months. Still tight chested and tired. Went back in mid Sept part time.

Tangledyarn · 31/10/2020 14:46

8 weeks. Went back in may but I only work 2.5 days anyway due to pre existing health conditions and could work from home. I still couldnt walk further than the bottom of the road and back by that point.

4 weeks and then did reduced hours in first week back. WFH at the time which made things easier. It was a struggle up to about week 8 iirc - working quietly was fine but Zoom calls etc were exhausting.

Take it gently OP, and don't bow to pressure - in the long run better to take an extra week or two now Flowers

I’m so sorry, I accidentally posted that here but was meant to write my own thread Blush

Samjane93 · 31/10/2020 16:41

How do I delete it?

cherrytreeblossom · 03/11/2020 13:24

I'm still off - left work sick 2 weeks ago today
