Can anyone explain the Scottish 5 tier system to me?

I've seen there are going to be 5 tiers and I understand one is below the English 3 tiers and one above. But, what does that mean in practice?

Is there any detail about what the restrictions will be in each tier?

At what point to businesses that allow members of the public in (in limited, covid-aware ways) have to shut down completely?

The details are being announced tomorrow so nobody knows anything yet.

I don't believe Nicola Sturgeon is on mumsnet so you'll have to wait until the announcements! Given that the central belt of Scotland is already higher than England's Tier 3 as all pubs and restaurants are closed, I'd guess that will form part of the higher level....or it might be level 4 and level 5 is more like we had in March with all but essential shops and services open.
BBC news says the bottom tier will be ""the closest to normality we can reasonably expect to live with until we have a vaccine" , i guess that might be to cover places with low to no cases e.g. parts of the highlands and islands.

Oh right, that'll be why I can't find the detail then, thanks!
