Im waiting for Covid test results (Don't think this is it though) but I've had contact with risky groups (Italians) in the early days pre lockdown and had a week basically unable to move. Since then I've had less energy and I had another week in August where I was wiped out but at least standing. One of my work contacts (deals with the same group) was wiped out over lockdown too. He could get two or three word texts out and that was his limit. Exactly the same thing. Weeks apart so caught separately. His wife had just tested positive (last week) and he's negative. She's fine as is he.
One of my new employees (sits next to me) has had it too. But has given me a cold (he has kids and gets public transport in London) so if he could get it again he's likely to give it to me. And the team.
So I'm thinking about an antibody test but only if there's an actual point. I know the government website says you 'could' get it again and you 'could' pass it on but they say that about everything. In practice does anyone know how it works?
I guess if you've had it and didn't know you won't know if you are immune because of that or lucky or not getting it because you're not taking risks. And there's different strains. Not a massive Covid follower so if anyone has more info or medical knowledge or anecdotal evidence I'd be very grateful!
