Outpatient appointment

My DH has an outpatient appointment at a hospital in London next week. Am I ok to go with him or are hospitals still restricting numbers of visitors ?

Probably not. My hospital is still patient only. And one parent with children.

Call them. We are patient only except in certain situations such as needing a carer. Having said that our oncology clinics are suggesting a partner attend if it is expected to be a difficult appointment and staff are being sensitive if a patient seems to want someone there. It's all about numbers. If we can accommodate we do but that only works if people work with us by not attending with company if they don't really need to.

I wasn’t allowed in with my 18yo Dd when she had an appt a couple of weeks ago.

Why don't you ring them and ask ?

GreatBigBeautifulTommorow · 01/10/2020 10:33

No unless you are a carer or oncology appt etc.

Waiting room capacity is massively reduced

It's patient only everywhere I've been/worked
