Will grandparents not be able to see kids?

If grandparents provide childcare for grandchildren (obviously keeping within the rule of 6) will that be stopped? Should people book other care/sell an organ to get the cash to pay for said childcare?

I don't know how 'privileged' you think I am Bol87 .. I live with my youngest daughter in a rented home and have precisely £116 in the bank and no savings ... we aren't all speaking from a position of wealth . I still put my parents lives above any material 'wealth' .
