Home learning and self isolating

We're on our 2nd stint of self isolating and as the test service is in a shambles I don't hold out much hope for it ending quickly.

If you are isolating with your children (I'm the one who is ill) what are they doing? School understandably won't provide work as the teachers are all in class teaching.
They are year 2 & 5, I've downloaded a reading comprehension activity and some maths sum colour by number, also a book review for the youngest to do.
Oldest has some workbooks I already had from amazon to do but no idea what to do if this goes into next week.
Are you letting them chill out in front of a screen or have you provided work for them to do?
I'm so worried about the effect all of this will have on their education.

School have a duty now to provide for isolating children. I'd email reminding them of this and expecting work.

Have you tried oak academy? Funding for that was extended specifically to deal with these situations. If the school can tell you “roughly” what they are missing you could try to match it eg if they are in year 3 and doing fractions find the year three fractions stuff on there?

Oak academy, bbc bitesize is pretty good...reading, times tables rockstars, crafts linked to topics they're doing at school
It's hard work though - especially when you can't go out for a walk etc to break up the day

I've had to work all this week so no time to sit with them but day off today so going to do the workbooks the school gave for summer holidays that we didn't do.

I did ask the school and they said they can't provide anything.
Thanks for the suggestions, they should get us through Monday
