Would you report a company for furlough fraud?

I am a customer for a certain company. The company have reopened for business and are charging me for services of an employee I use. No problem - I can and will pay. Only the directors casually mentioned that they have furloughed all their employees and their employees will be working volunatarily until 1st Nov. Plus the directors said their employees have agreed to a pay cut.

On one hand, it makes no difference to me - I can pay and will pay. There is no change to my fees. On the other hand, I do think this is tax evasion. The employees will have a job - but the only person really benefiting are the directors - surely?

@Namechanged I have no idea as once you submit the application that's it. Although I've not been contacted for any details and I did leave my contact info. I know someone on the inside of the company who has been made to work whilst on furlough and this was happening to almost all employees. The business did well
In lockdown doing a takeaway/delivery service. The owner commits fraud all the time. I would know if something was kicking off from this employee who said nothings been looked into yet.

Of course report them. If they've done nothing wrong, nothing will come of it.
