Toddler temperature

My two year old has just gone back to nursery.

He seemed a bit hot yesterday but no temp. This morning he's got a very mild snotty nose.

I've taken under arm temp - 37.05, then 37.26 immediately after.

Are the guidelines 37.5 under arms? Google said oral and under arms are the same though I though not.

No cough. Really not sure if we need to test or not.

36.5-37.5 is ‘normal’ range.
37.8 is point at which test is necessary.
I think it’s fine, unless other symptoms.

Normal temp, test if a cough develops or his temp does increase.

No no other symptoms, very slightly runny nose and seems quite happy.

I'll see how he goes on. I have the first and only day where I have childcare for both kids and can get into work (school) to sort out my room tomorrow before we start the following week. Unless school is open on Saturday. After 5 months of no childcare, it would be now wouldn't it?!

Thanks. He's just asked to do a jigsaw. After worrying about this since 3.30 (when he had a slightly stuffy nose and woke), he's been firmly placed in front of hey duggee.

Is it possible to keep a test or two at home to do and send off?

Or are the test centres quicker?

Schools are supposed to have a couple available but I'm not sure where they go. I wondered if we can do the same?
