Hello,
I run a local baby and toddler group in a village hall once a week for 2 hours.
It's just toys and I do a craft and snacks kid of play area for babies and kids.
I am just a mum of two who's taken this on so I feel a bit out of my depth with this virus.
Anyone else in a similar situation?
What are your plans for returning?
Will you be returning before Christmas?
How can you see it working if you do return soon?
I just can't see a fesiable way to do it, With cleaning all the toys once finished to then cleaning all the required bits for the hall.

I am fully aware that the guidance is still that toddlers need to distance - in reality in social encounters no one I know is practicing that but I appreciate that in official settings it still has to happen. I hope the guidance changes to allow younger children to mix because just pretending that preschoolers and their parents have no needs because preschoolers are difficult to keep apart is untenable

You could get people to book on Eventbrite , it's free
If events are free and you can get people to bring the corrext change for drinks/snacks

Small groups who have signed up with limited mobility babies (new / slow crawlers ok) . Everyone must bring their own blanket and toys. Anyone letting their baby play with another does so at their own risk. That could all be ok.

Don't do any singing FFS as a PP suggested, that really helps spread by virus. Toys are much safer, you just want to reduce sharing; you should have been washing them after every session anyway!
