Representations of Pregnant Women during COVID-19

Hi all,

I'm a Masters student at King's College London and I'm currently doing a dissertation looking at the treatment and representations of pregnant women during the pandemic. I'm particularly interested to hear from women who've been pregnant during lockdown and live in England and Wales.

I just wondered what everyone's thoughts were on:

  1. What sources you've used to get information about COVID-19 and pregnancy?
  2. How you feel about the risks posed to pregnant women due to COVID-19 and the measures (if any) that have been taken to reduce the risk.
  3. How being categorised as vulnerable as a precaution makes you feel and whether it's influenced how you behave

I'm just looking for some general feedback but if you want to reply to the thread, please include whether you have/haven't been pregnant during this time. I'm really looking to elevate the voices of pregnant women which (in my opinion) have thus far been neglected in the news. Your views will be anonymised and I'm happy to answer any questions :)
