Sore throat, aches and fatigue

Would you order a test? No fever or cough. Just not feeling well. I'm shielded but due to events on Sunday and Monday I was exposed to people far closer than I would have chosen.

Yes every two weeks. Warm soapy water and allow to air dry. Don't use anything to dry the inside as it causes static and the medication sticks to the device. It's amazing how many doctors fail to give a spacer yet without one the amount of drug delivered to the lungs is tiny.

I've just done my test. It was not pleasant and I can clearly see why 30% of Home tests are false negatives. I'm well versed in taking swaps but the gagging was awful and the nose bit kept making me sneeze. All done now though.

thanks, I've only just started to use one when I changed to fostair.

It's not a nice thing to do, but when I did mine the resilts came back quicker than I exlected. Fingers crossed they do for you too.
