My parents and in laws have held my 12 week old in the last 2 weeks. We didnt see them at all during "full" lockdown, but since we have been allowed to meet in groups outside I have let them hold the baby and also play with my 3 year old. Children are incredibly low risk and my parents are adults and competent enough to make an informed decision for themselves.

We’ve let my parents and my partners parents hold our 12 week old in the last 3 weeks and also see our 18 month old.
My parents work from home, partners parents were shielding. We felt like our baby was growing up so fast and finding it difficult with 2 under 2 our mental health needed it. with no end in sight we made our own judgement on individual circumstances
