Have there been large outbreaks in schools?

Assuming the virus was in the country from at least January and schools were open until the end of March, and key worker children have been back at school throughout lockdown (whom we might assume are at higher risk of being exposed to the virus as their parents are working in key worker roles...), has their been evidence of widespread outbreaks in schools? If so, I haven't seen about this in the news?

If not, could that contribute to an assumption that schools are not a hazardous place for either children or the teachers working within them in terms of exposure to the virus.....?

The most significant school occurence near me was a cluster of admin staff- not pupils.

Schools are inevitably places of significant infection transfer, but as a society we accept that the benefits of education significantly outweigh the risks. Passing on the usual range of flus and norovirus etc is not benign to the elderly and vulnerable.
Schools and their pupils seem to be faring better than usual on this one.

20 is quite a lot. (Considering groups of only 8 at nursery).
And that is without considering playgrounds/kids meetihg other kids in bubbles/parents workplaces/places of worship/
But mainly spreading it into a sibling's school/class.

With kids you have more potential to not notice for a while as they are not that ill/asymptomatic.
How many parents will send the kids on a monday if they had a fever over the weekend (vs having to be off work for 2weeks.)
