Anyone had Covid twice. My symptoms seem to have come back

Hi there, I tested positive for covid 19 at the beginning of May. Had it mildly but was in bed for a week, felt like flu.

It’s taken me a few weeks to get back to full strength but this morning I’ve woken up with a sore throat and that familiar tired feeling and feel sniffly.

What should I do? Could I have caught it again?
I’m working from home and have only been out for walks and to the shops for food.

Any advice? Thank you . x

So did I, in fact for that reason, I almost didn’t go for the test. I was good googling symptoms and sneezing was pretty much a never. I did feel achey and a bit fluey by then though.
The test was arranged through my work because my son had symptoms (a high temperature).

Period starting?

Maybe go on lungs thread. Several have had long term problems.
I think viruses deplete vit d and maybe other vitamins which could make allergies worse

I’m interested in this. I’m pretty sure I had it at the end of March/beginning of April but didn’t get tested. Had a nasty dry cough, incredibly fatigue and my chest ached at the back, like I’d been kicked all over. Some days it felt like I had sand or sawdust in my chest and like I was breathing through cloth.

Since then the sore chest and bad cough seems to come in cycles and it’s particularly bad at the moment. I didn’t contact my GP before because the advice was don’t bother unless you’re on deaths door, but should I now?

Yes period started today!! 🤨

Do people find that makes symptoms flare up?

The doctor said sadly there isn’t much they can do. He was the one who rang the day I had my positive result and he rang me back today. He did say to ring if anything changes.
He gave me reassurance though, which helped enormously.
I’ll take a look at the lungs thread too.
Thank you all, for taking the time to reply.

I was ill then recovered very slowly. Had 3 weeks feeling better lots of energy etc. Then relapsed 8 weeks after first symptoms and better again but can't shift slight on and off chest pain and sob. Awaiting a chest xray. Didn't get fever second time.
