Everyday I’m thinking about this. My parents live at least 4 hours away and I’m starting to get more panicky that I won’t see them until next year or something.
I feel so lost and scared Sad sorry to sound pathetic.

@Sunnydays123456 it is a very vague definition so would cover anything as far as I can see. But someone unable to care for themselves absolutely yes.
As I've said before on here, there is a big difference between coronavirus act legislation and goverment advice.
It saddens me that so many are suffering when a visit from a friend or family could make all the difference.

I'm in the same situation. Petrified of bringing CV back to them, but also missing them so much. It's hard enough trying to ge down to see them.

I’ve spoken to my Dad again today. He’s nervous about having visitors coming into their house at present but we have loosely agreed that if the Premier Inn near them does properly reopen next month (it is closed at the moment) then DH and I will book ourselves in there for a couple of nights and then we can go and visit them for a few socially distanced chats in their garden. It’s what they are most comfortable with at the moment.
