New government advice and letter from schools, it's now all changed again to all year groups of parents who are 'critical care' workers, even those who can work from home.

The critical care workers listed is so vast!!

I can't attach a link I'm not sure how - but have you all received letters from your school?

Sorry yes I am happy, our school letter was very confusing!

I’m confused now, it says not to rely on childcare from people who are stringently social distancing. Does this mean my in-laws (live round the corner, under 70, no underlying health issues) are allowed to look after dc while dh and I are wfh? I always thought it wasn’t allowed but now that advice sounds like it is? Surely it’s mixing households though? Would be great for my dcs education and mental/emotional development if they could go there.

@SunshineOutdoors I'd guess (although why we should have to guess, I don't know!!) the "stringently" indicates the shielding, and possibly those in the vulnerable group.
